Rudimentary education on proper alignment, as well as basic bio-mechanics for moving more fluid. B4H addresses reminders and common misconceptions of proper posture; Neck, Spine & Limbs.
Module 2
Movement 4 WomenMovement 4 Women
Development of principal areas female dancers are most revered for: strong toned legs, arms, buttocks and supported core ( mid-section). M4W brings out the goddess in each woman.
Module 3
Stretch & Toning 4 HealthStretch & Toning 4 Health
A myriad of flexibility exercises taught to relaxing music. Aide in general elasticity and resiliency of the major muscle groups of the body. Enhances daily mobility.
Module 4
Tai Chi & Chair FitnessTai Chi & Chair Fitness
Supported “dance related” exercises to stimulate overall well-being. Utilizing 8 Tai Chi forms to bolster greater motivation through music and body awareness ( standing or seated).
